A Note from the Founder

At ALTER LAB, every pair is made differently.

We don’t make shoes based on standard sizing or mass production. Each pair is created through your foot data, digital modeling, and our industrial 3D printing process, so what we make is built specifically around you.

Because of that, we’re not able to accept returns in the same way traditional footwear brands do. Once your pair has entered production, it has been made for your individual fit profile and cannot be restocked or resold.

That said, our goal has never been to simply deliver a product — it’s to deliver a pair that truly feels right on your feet.

If your pair feels uncomfortable due to inaccurate fit data, we will provide one complimentary reprint at no additional cost. We see this as part of our responsibility in creating a genuinely personalized product experience.

We ask for your understanding that slight variations in structure, texture, or finish may naturally occur as part of the custom 3D printing process. These are not defects, but a reflection of how each pair is individually made.
