Introducing ALTER LAB 2026 Super test system, a platform where you can get your precise feet data. Grab your phone and a piece of blank paper in US letter size. Now we are ready to go. Measurements usually take within 5 mins. With advanced analysis, we then redesign the sole’s structure to support how your body truly moves.

Alter Lab creates each pair on a made-to-order basis. Due to the customized and continuously evolving nature of our design and production process, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons including change of mind, personal preference, personal sizing choice, aesthetic expectations, or minor variations from product imagery. As part of our ongoing design development, subtle differences in structure, texture, or finish may occur and are considered inherent to the product.
We provide coverage only in cases of major manufacturing defects or significant sizing issues.
If you believe your product has a substantial defect affecting its intended performance, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. After evaluation, Alterlab may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit at its sole discretion.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper fit selection, or accidental damage are not covered.
