Standard pairs are eligible for return under the store return policy. Custom-fit pairs are made from your scan and cannot be returned as standard inventory.

02Fit guarantee

If a Custom-fit pair has a scan or data-processing issue, our team will review the case and offer one complimentary reprint when eligible.

03Delivery timeline

Standard pairs ship within 14 days. Custom-fit (Pre Order) pairs ship within 21 days after scan and fit confirmation.
